A Culture-Affirming Learning Experience
This course is a curated combination of training sessions we’ve developed and refined over the past eight years through HBCUvc’s programs. Many of the lessons come from real-world training sessions, workshops, and discussions with industry experts—including recordings from Zoom calls and live sessions. At HBCUvc, we are intentional about creating a culture-affirming learning environment—one that provides a sense of belonging and relevance for those historically underrepresented in venture capital. We’ve made it a priority to include contributors from diverse backgrounds and a range of lived experiences, and we continue to center inclusion in how we build and deliver our programming.
Meet Your Mentors & Guest Speakers
This course includes access to live sessions and VC Office Hours featuring active venture capitalists with experience across a range of investing verticals. These sessions offer a valuable opportunity to learn directly from real practitioners, gaining insight into how VCs evaluate deals, support founders, and make investment decisions in today’s market.
